Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from all of us here at Greenacres!

A big thank you goes out to all the fire fighters (over 5,000) and first responders that kept Greenacre Homes & School, our city and our community safe during the recent Kincade Fire that burned over 77,000 acres of Sonoma County. And additional thanks to our amazing extended Greenacres families that reached out and provided support in various ways during this unprecedented event. We are happy to report that all our residents, students and staff are safe and working quickly to get back to a sense of normalcy.

"As a kid without parents and family, I've always had behavioral problems and I know how it is to be alone and unhappy. A lot of people think and say, "Why can't they change?". Well, I say it's hard until you are in the right environment and with the right people to help you change. I thank Greenacres for being that right environment and for helping me be a better person. They helped me emotionally and physically and I feel better about myself. Greenacre Homes is and always will by my family." - Chris L., former resident and student
